| Mr. Fixit ![]() | Personal carry holsters for PA-63
How many of you guys use your PA-63 for CCW use, what holster do you use, and why? I'm looking at maybe going with one of the Red Storm IWB holsters or a Bianchi 6 IWB. If I go with either of these, I'll use a left-hand model so I can place the gun btween my spine and right kidney for carry. Since they only hold 7 rds, I guess I could go "Rambo" and carry one on each side, but I couldn't afford all the ammo if I was shooting two guns at once! ![]()

Well I have still been looking at holsters for it. I am more than likely going to carry mine on the small of my back. I let you know what I find when I go to the local dealer.

I'd love to carry mine in the small of my back, but because of arthritis in both shoulders, I'd have to ask the bad guy to help me draw the gun. I've got an IWB that came Makarov.com, I will wear it crossdraw once I've run a few more rounds through the piece. It's pretty comfortable.

I've read a lot of recommendations about NOT carrying SOB, because of the chance of injury if you fell flat on your back. I know I'VE fell on my back more than a few times, especially on ice, and I sure wouldn't want to land on a gun. I couldn't reach one back there anyway.

Well, due to my, ahem, delicately expanding waistline, I'm running out of places to put an IWB holster. I have a Bianchi IWB right-hand holster, but my dam ned gut gets in the way. If I could find a left-hand version, it wouldn't be an issue. FWIW, I'm working on the "issue", I'm not used to being fat!

You need to look at Soft Armor Holsters Jaguar In the pant holsters. They are pretty nice and can be used either left or right handed. They have alot of different ones to choose from. I have a Size 22 Jaguar In the pant. Its nice. I have no trouble wearing it at all.

I carry my PA 63 strong side in a Bianchi Minimalist holster full time in complete comfort. Even wearing a light summer shirt there is no problem to conceal and do so in comfort.
