Bob, I have handled and shot all three, and I own the High-Point.
The High-point is inexpensive, has some accessories available including a Beretta-style new stock. The magazine capacity is it's main flaw.
The Beretta Storm is by far the best! But it is pricey too. If the bank account allows, it's my choice.

The Kel-Tec Sub2000 is an utter abomination, IMHO. My buddy has one - but then he bought the High-Point .40 cal Carbine and shoots it much more often. He's very short, and the Sub2000 is far too short stocked even for him. I can barely hold it. Sights are garbage, and easily broken. Don't ask how I know . . .
I'd steer clear of it.
