Oh yeah,another thing Uzi has that most don't,a grip safety much like the 1911 pistol.
The fed.,in all it's infinite wisdom,when it mandated thumbhole stocks by-passed that safety by keeping it depressed with that monstrosity of a stock thereby makeing the carbine less safe,but that's the gummint for ya'!
