M4 Shotty combo

After exhaustive research for my own M4 style shotty combo burger, I came across these pics and I am wondering if I can get that shotty add on anywhere and if anyone here might know what its name is..

HEY Ivan you try typing left handed with one finger..it's exhaustive..I only have one good arm..


and the research I did as stated above (quite clearly) was for my own M4 shotty combo not the one pictured...hehe
