what are the best after market sights and mags for these babys

Sights for what use?

I use Wilson and Chip McCormick mags.

Just bigger easier to get sight aquisition

I found that the mags that came with mine were junk. Had a few stovepipes, and failure to feed. I just switched to factory Colt mags, and no more problems.
