hi point is not illegal in california, just really really hard to get.
i read the post on modification of of mini 14.
would like more info.
and yes this is a good weapon good range performance at 25 yards.

addendum
hi point is not illegal per my gun shop el cajon gun exchange just real hard to get.
as to pistol grips and folding stock on semi automatics, i dont know bout that. but i would like very much to know as it is very much my desire to obey the law. pistol grip and folding stock are just fine for mossberg shotgun as long as it stays in the home. again i go to my local gun shop to get informed b4 i do anything. but as to my ruger i could use the extra input thanks.
