| Advise on a S&W .32 Hi there. I am trying to find the approximate value of a 1955 Smith and Wesson .32 model 31. It is in good condition and in the original box. Anyone out there have any ideas? |

| Welcme to Gun and Game! This may be of some help. Go to Barnes and Nobel and you can get a rough idea by looking in the Sports section at the different gun value books. Theft of intellectual property! Also, you can get a history of the gun. Go on line to Home Page - Smith & Wesson. Go to the frequently askes questions section and you can read about how to request the history. The form to send is on the site. You can print it. I do not think that they give you a value with the history, but it may be nice to have for an old gun like that.

| Better still, go to gunbroker.com and type in S&W 31 and see what they've been selling for. |

| You only say that because you're not within 100 miles of a Barnes & Nobel! Or anything else for that matter!!

Condition is everything. Since you have the box I suspect you also have the paperwork and the revolver is wearing the original Grips ? if so, it is worth around $350.00 on average at the gun show's when you can find one.. Hammerdown | |
