| i took the handgun carry class about three weeks ago they said that you can only shoot if you or someone else ie. child wife or anybody is in danger of severe bodily harm or death. You can not shoot someone that is trying to steal your car unless your wife, child is in it or they pull gun or knife on you. the instructor said that it is being looked at but not likely to change. if someone breaks into your house unless they have a gun or knife or grab someone in the house can leave without you being able to shoot them i have a therory fo a cheap gun that i put in their hand when they are laying on the ground but that would not be the right thing to do, i would never do anything like that! hope this is the information that your were looking for. |
