Info request/Shoot Longs?

I am getting a Marlin 25 and wonder if it will shoot CB Longs? Any info appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Should be no problem in a single shot or bolt action, may not work in a semi. Accuracy may not be as good as long rifle ammo or may be good.

Any rifle chambered in .22lr will shoot longs. They may not feed through the magazine correctly, and may just generally be a pain in the butt in some semi-autos, but they will go bang (or pop) safely.
