DPMS panther arms. They manufacture primarily AR-15 and AR-10 type rifles.

The company is approximately 70 miles from me and with my dealings with them they just seemed so busy that thay cared less if they lost me as a customer. They got a few hundred out of me at gun shows for spare parts for my COLT but they left a bad flavor in my mouth.

I did see a prototype pump action AR-15 they were showing at a NRA show way back when Slick Willie was president. Maybe they'll actually have to produce it if Mrs. Slick Willie gets elected.

Buy'em now boys IT AIN'T GOING TO GET BETTER.

I have a complete DPMS M4 A1 and a 16'' mid length RRA that has a DPMS lower. I like the RRA with the DPMS lower far more than the complete DPMS.

M-4 carbine and the LR-308. Love them both! I have the aimpoint on my M-4 - I like it pretty well for close in shoting.

Got one with a SS barrel. I like it. Good quality manufacturing.

A little better than my Bushmaster.

Way better than my Colt and EA.

in the midst of building one.. so far I have the lower receiver, waiting for my buttstock, and still trying to figure out the right handguard/barrel combo that I want... I'll be Dura-Coating the lower this weekend and picking up my EoTech..

I have a DPMS A-15, and any information about that particular model would be helpful. I think they call it the Panther Lite on their site. It has the 16" heavy barrel, with flash suppressor/muzzle break/compensator, bayonet lug, six position extending stock, and integrated top carry handle. Overall one of their most offensive models on the civilian market. It's actually my first rifle.

I've got a .308 (AP4), haven't had a chance to shoot it much though. Looking for a way to put a scope on it but keep the rear sight. Everything I've tried has not worked. May have to go to a folding rear sight, except I like the idea of being able to adjust for distance using the rear sight. Anyone know a solution?
