| What to buy? Just getting started with the ML. I am looking at the Knight rolling block blued barrel synthetic stock(its on sale at bass pro shop in vaughn, toronto), or a TC version poss. omega or even a CVA kodiak. How do these guns compare? I'm hunting in Southern Ontario so the prices are a bit higher. right now the knight is 364.00 and an Omega is 5-700.00 range and a CVA is around 4-700.00 range. |

| i have a CVA Kodiak Mag, and i can shoot hole inside hole at 50 yards with 90 grains of loose triple 7 powder and a 295 grain power belt hollow point, have took 2 deer with this load this year both were complete pass thru's with the exit hole the size of a silver dollar, very nice combo and a very sweet shooting 50 cal.

| T/C makes the best muzzle loader, hands down, with Knight a close second. I have shot and handeled the CVA's, and I didnt really like them that much, but there are a lot of people that do. If you can get the Knight cheaper than a CVA, that would be the way to go IMO. |
