I have a drum for it like the one you have pictured and another funny looking double looking drum thingie.....I'm really not sure which mags go with which guns there are so many mags. I think it's for the Thompson gun anyway. Oh ! it's quite heavy too.

Sounds like a nice tommy gun. That gun with a single 30rd stick mag and a carry case should bring $800-1000 if it is in very good condition, especially if it's a proven good shooter. Some of the newer Kahr's have problems and need a bit of work. The drums can be 10, 50 or 100 round (there are others) Depending if the are USA or import determines the value.
Here's a good link for mag info. I think these well go up in value in the next few years.
