Ain't hard for me. The spur of the grip safety presses into my hand, and the skin on my hand kinda puffs up around that spur. The slide slams back and slams that hammer against the spur. If there's any meat in between, it gets tenderized.
I bought myself another RIA GI model right before Halloween, I wanna keep this one stock looking. I just put these grips on it, from Armscor. I also have two sets of surplus genuine WWII Colt grips on the way, so I'll be changing them again. Should look similar to these.
I love that simple "combat pistol" look! Can't afford a real WWII Colt, but I'm happy with a clone.
