| Super Moderator ![]() | I looked in my supplier catalogs to no avail... I would look for electro-platers in the Yellow pages and find one who does it or Contact a large Jewelry firm and ask them. Rich

| Mr. Fixit ![]() | Doc, I've checked all of my sources as well, with no luck. You do have a few options though. First, you can have a set of standard blued screws plated as Moose and Billy pointed out, two, you can pick up some oversized brass machine screws and have them turned down and threaded to fit, or three, you can have some built from scratch by a machine shop that has micro-machining capabilities. I suppose you could widen the screw slot, braze over the top of the scew, re-cut the screw slot and polish it all up as well, but I've never tried it. I may try that just for grins, I'll get back to you with the results.

| Doc, I don't know but you might want to call, or write, the Tacoma Screw Products Inc | (253) 572-3444, 2001 Center St, Tacoma, WA. I've been told they can do custom work and could probably make you some brass grip screws. You may have to send one to them. Give'em a try. |
