Retired after 25 years with Norfolk Va. Police Dept. Moved from there to Virginia Dept. of Criminal Justice Services for 18 years. Conducted training classes for law enforcement instructors throughout Va. Conducted firearms instructor schools at the FBI Academy at Quantico Va. I have a C&R License and want to collect a few Mossberg .22 rifles. 81 yrs. old
