Yeah, I have one but with the original sights I know nothing about scopes and can find no one to give me any information on them. I don't want to have to morgage the farm to buy one. Perhaps you can sorta suggest something in the $0.00 to $100.00 range?

I bought one yesterday. Had been lusting over it for several weeks. Went to a gun show yesterday morning, and the more I looked the more all the other revolvers looked so puny. So, I went down to the gun shop and plunked my $$ down. Got the 5" barrel. Then took it to their range to shoot. Started with the 45 Colt. Then the 454. Finally, the 460, 225g Hornady load. WOW! What a revolver. But, the recoil was not as bad as I thought it would be. I could shoot it all day with the 45 Colt. 454 was fine. You do know you have pulled the trigger on the 460.

After, I shot my Taurus Judge, because they let me fire the #4 and #6 shot. It hurt my knuckle, because it hits my finger when it recoils. I'll either do something about that, or get rid of it.

I bought my 454's before they were out with the 500 or the 460. Have a 6.5 barrel and a 10 barrel BFR's from Magnum Research. They are both mag-Na-Ported, trigger jobs, numbered chambers, 10 inch has a 2 1/2 X 8 Luepold in t'sob mount. Shoot great.

The 460 S&W is a spectacular handgun cartridge, 200 yard shots are a cake walk for it.
