Hello everyone,

I am looking at buying a new rifle and am considering three calibers. The .270 win, the 7mm-08, or the .280 Rem. I was looking into the .270 WSM and .270 Weatherby but the rifle I am looking at buying (T/C Encore) is not chambered for either caliber and the custom barrel companies don't seem to make them either.

Anyways my question is does anyone have the .280 Rem and are they happy with the caliber? What is the Ballistic performance out to say 400yds. The reloading manuals I have only show muzzle.
I do reload so ammo price is not a concern for me and I have checked online and seen that the brass is right around the same price as as the .270 Win.
