Got 300-400 rounds down tube. Broke 'er down. Checked wear, polished up with the JB. Coated in Magna lube (PTFE grease) ready to wipe down, re-assemble and function check. BTW, my MIM parts didn't dissenegrate when I removed them from the frame. Cool!

those 1911's are a simple take down breakdown after ya do em a time or 2, are a lot of fun to tinker with

Looks good and the more I'm at G&G I kinda am getting a hankering to have a 1911. I've never shot one. |
