HI Kimber owners!

I'm in the market to buy my first handgun and was looking for something that I can use for the shooting range and some backyard target shooting. At first I was looking at the CZ and the Rugers, but after stumbling across the kimber website I quickly fell in love with the kimber product line. Can you guys make suggestions for kimber guns in the $800.00 and under range. It would be nice if it was a 9mm, but it doesn't have to be.

Thanks!

I really like my Kimber Custom II. Mine is .45ACP. I think I paid right around $720.00 for it after taxes and whatnot. Nice gun, easy to take apart to clean, and fun to shoot.

I have three Kimbers including an Ultra . All are very accurate with no defects so far in the last year.

One would be remiss to think you could go wrong with a Kimber, INMO they brought a whole new game to the 1911, proof in pudding is Taurus didnt copy a Colt or a Wilson or anything else they copied a Kimber more or less

If you get a chance, please try a Kimber PRO CDP II (45 cal.). A very very nice hand gun. Very rugged too.
