| You are in a real "gray" area. If those rifles are not complete they are no longer considered C&R (read the rules it is clearly stated) How many parts have to be missing before it is no longer C&R ? That is up to you to interpet or contatc the ATF. Also the receiver alone is not C&R it must be shipped to a FFL if you decide to sell it.
I broke down a Garand for parts and this is what the ATF told me: Record in your book"broke down for parts" record who I sold the reciever to even no longer C&R elidgeable, and it must be shipped to a FFL not a C&R |
