| WOOHOO!!! Got my new boomstick!!! I'm a Colt owner now!
My M1911A1 repro is finally here! ![]() ![]() I'm going to have to detail strip and degrease it though, it's all gummed up with a cosmoline-like grease all over the insides. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have three Rock Island 1911's that I love, but this is my first peestola with a horsie on it! that's one nice pistol.you are smart to detail strip it and clean throughly.be sure to clean it between the first few magazines.the break-in period is most important.i think you'll find there is nothing like owning a colt.
