I just recieved a german artillary luger in a box it appears that all parts are here but every spring is missing, could someone tell me where to get springs and aprox. what is worth.steve

An original artillery Luger in very good condition
can have great monetary value. I would suggest
getting at least two expert opinions. I would search gunsmith catagories on this website and publications such as Shotgun News for springs and services. Given the potential value of this gun,
I would not attempt any repairs on my own.

thanks for the info. gentlemen i already had a positive identification of this particular luger, and it is not is very good condition, it is going to have to be totally rebuilt, so hence the collector value is going to greatly reduced, but that in it self does not deter me from wanting find the proper parts to do the job and again thanks for pointing me in the right direction.steve

dookiebutt, A man walked into my gunshop and handed me a box with the gun in it and said that his son had found it in an old house and then proceded to take it competely apart and then the son left home and he no longer wanted it so i now have it and want to put it back into proper working condition. steve

Thanks SwedeSteve, I tried them but they don't have all that i need, i was wondering if there was another source of parts for the luger.

thanks for the info rich. I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow, and by the way the mauser is on its way to be color cased.I'll try to figure out how to put pictures on the comp. so you can see it as it comes along.
