Mess of Bushytails

I shot this 5 Squirrel(3 Fox and 2 Grays)limit on Monday of this week. The temperature was 59 degrees (un-sesonable) at daylight and the wind gusts were 15 to 26 M.P.H.I shot them with my .17 Mach 2 CZ 452 Varmint.

just boil or pressure cook it down to de-bone and replace with the meat you normally use in chili

That sounds easy enough, might try it this week end.I have had Squirrel fixed a bunch of different ways and never had any bad yet.My favorite is a young Squirrel cooked real slow and served with biscuits and gravy.Never seem to get tired of that.

Nice Bag

Nice bunch of squirrels you've bagged there, Webs. Once again, I am envious. I am also envious that you still have an open season. We have a bit of a wait here in NH yet before Grays are legal again - a long wait, Sept 1st.
