| Seems like the procedure varies depending on where one lives. I just sent off for the paperwork. I hope Wisconsin is easy to deal with. The closest office is in Chicago. Not a bad drive for me. I am in outside sales and my territory takes me to about 15 minutes outside of Chicago. We will see.
