| I use my G27 for both CC and OC in my Blackhawk SERPA CQC holster (works great for both).
To address the issues of the discomfort caused by not having a place to put your pinky on the grip, I have Pearce +1 grip extension mag floorplates, which also allows me to carry a tenth round in the normally 9 round mags. You'd be surprised how much difference they make to how the gun shoots.
Overall, it's really a matter of personal preference. Go to a range and rent all of them and find out what you like best. If concealment is one of your biggest issues, definitely think of the G27 followed by the G23 and don't forget to try the G27 with a grip extension so that you aren't biased towards the others due to the discomfort.
