Perhaps it is a Model 2107 Bolt-Action Repeater, Hooded Sights and looks like by the pictures Adjustable rear sights. I would guess it probably was modified from its origin, the rifle. Cyrano hit the nail on the head damaged rifle converted to a pistol. Its the trigger size and color that got me stumped.
If it is infact that rifle, good condition of the rifle @ $154.00. but not worth very much in this state and condition as a pistol.
