vz 70 wont chamber rounds?

i have a vz 70 that wont chamber rounds it there is 6 or more rounds in the mag y i am not shure y it happens it worked finr but then just wouldent chamber them? if anyone has any insight on this matter please post

Sounds like you've got a weak spring in the magazine. I just got a CZ 50 over the weekend and it suffers the same issue. I ordered a new spring which should be arriving in the next few days. $7.50 + shipping is still cheaper than buying a new magazine.

Last time out to the range I brought my CZ70 for some plinking and had a lot of problems. It seemed to happen with one mag and not the other. Rounds would not chamber most of the time. I could push the slide with my thumb and get it in battery. Not happy with it.

Is this happening between the firing of each round or only with the initial loading?

If it's happening with the loading of the first round; you might try racking the slide faster. It helps a lot with my 50; haven't had a single mis-feed since adopting that approach.
