| ive been trying here in colorado, and let me tell you it is very hard, but fun as hell, ive only hit 2 since i started trying, ive been using my mossberg 12 gauge with a patternmaster extended choke, tried with a full choke but couldn't get close enouph. iv tried using 3 1/2" steel shot in BBB, and 3 inch steel size 4&2 shot, also tried 2 3/4 lead in 7 shot, the 2 that i have hit came from the BBB 3 1/2 steel.
i was just looking for something a little more sporty then shooting them with my 22-250 from 100-300 yards.
out here is all desert so you have to use all of the little bushes and a good set of eyes to see them and be very slow and quiet. |
