Worth the $2,000.00

For a collector or long term investor this, I feel,
is reasonably priced and might go to $2,500.00 in competitive bidding.

If you want a shooter I would buy a newly made high quality .45 with the custom touches that make it right for you.

Its nice but pricy. For a collection/investment not bad. If you want to shoot buy a new one. I absolutly love my colt model 70. If you insist on buying that gun to shoot buy a new barrel, the one in the picture is rusted.

That gun has been Touched up /Cold blueing in spots, the pin holes have been hammered...Bore looks rusted, ding marks on frame...Not a real good "Collectors piece" ...I've seen Better for 1800 !

How can you tell cold bluing? What do you look for?

Look closely at the Hues of the blueing in the photo...Colt Blueing was Top Notch and very uniform on High quality steel,This one is Not uniform.... so BUYER BEWARE !!!
