Well the wife was nice enought to go out the other day and put a Remington Genesis on lay a way at our local cabelas so I can get it for my b-day. I got the stainless steel with the laminated thumbhole wood stock. I will let you guys know how it all works out when I pick it up.

Please do! I've been looking at them at Cabelas for a longgg time, and always wanted to get into the sport of Muzzleloading. Have you used muzzle loaders in the past? Just wondering so you might be able to compare it to past rifles.

| I have used my fathers muzzleloader a couple of times but nothing on my own. He has a Traditions Pursuit, so that is all I will be able to compare it with.
