If you EVER go to the National Archives, Military Field Branch and ask for the M1 Rifle they will bring you about 20 box with about 100 more to look at. NOW lets think "How Many things in the US Military, during WW2, began with the Famous "M1” like saying, M1 Rifle or M1 Carbine. If you just say “M1” look up all the stuff you would get that starts with “M1”. I will start. Give me some “M1” "AMMO" Who is next.
