I have a N.Y. handgun permit and a C+R. In New York, all modern handguns (even if C+R eligible) must be listed on your handgun license.
My question is: Can I take possession of a C+R handgun at a gunshow that I purchased on my C+R, and then take it to a regualr FFL dealer to do the transfer OR: do I have to have it shipped directly to the dealer? |
