| Sig 229 40 Cal Value Hello, New member here looking for some info. I have a sig 229 40 cal blue with (3) 10 round mags, trijicon front and rear sights and the original case. This gun is about 10 years old and does not have the tac rail. The gun has never given me problems. The only visual defects are some light scrathes at the sides of the sights from adjustments. I'm looking to sell/trade this so I can upgrade to a 226 40 cal. Do you know what I might expect for a sale and or trade value? Also the gun has not seen much use or holstering. I have shot appx 300-500 rounds through it. |

| DO NOT trade it in, sell it privately. You could probably get about 600 or so for it easily... IMHO. I had a 229... exactly the same as you have... and I should never have sold it. If you wish to sell... I feel you could get that 600 easily. |

| I would see what they are going for on gunbroker.com or gunsamerica.com and use that as a guide. Also, I have regretted every single gun I have ever sold, especially the Mossberg 590
