M1 Garand Rebuilding Drawings

Gentlemen,
This file is for the new guys. Here are a few of the rebuilding line drawings issued in the field Ordnance units. I will be posting them in a group starting with these.

A Veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America” for an amount of “up to and including my life.”

Thanks again for taking the time and effort to read this data. I hope you have learned a little of the history of the M1 Garand.

Boy, I wouldn't mind finding a few barrels of those bands and buttplates . . .
