Marlin Model 90, 410 ga Value

I have an oportunity to buy a Marlin Model 90 DT, .410 ga, 26" barrels, imp. cyl/mod. Not sure of the year made (serial no. 19xx) but it has a web between the barrels. It is in excellent condition, original butt plate, good wood, and at least 95% on the barrels. Asking price (firm) is $1200. Is that a reasonable price? If not, what do you think would be a reasonable price?

The Blue Book of Gun Values says 95% overall condition double triggers $875 And single trigger 95% is $2300 both of these prices are for the .410 bore model 90 Marlin O/U shotgun

OkieHenry, Thanks for the info. I'll certainly let him know the Blue Book value and see what he says, although he seemed firm on what what he wants for it. I'd be willing to pay $1000 since I have been looking for some time and decent 410's don't show up for sale very often.
