Who owns the biggest peice of junk firearm

Ok, We all have at least one that for some reason we cant seem to part with for one reason or another. Show us the junkiest gun you own and tell us about it. Here are the pics of mine. This .32 revolver when when my brother first got it was given to him because the previous owner was scared of it. The firing pin hit the primers so hard it would put big holes in it. When you lock the hammer back you can move the cylinder a 1/4 inch in both directions. When you pull the pin to lower th cylinder it just falls until it hits the frame. Why I keep it? Because it would not be responsible for me to sell it to anyone. I can't get myself to destroy it so it will just sit in my safe. .32 001.jpg .32 002.jpg

Well, I have a Carcano rifle that has warped the receiver and then the bolt handle snapped off when trying to open the bolt....sittin here for parts if somebody needs em....

Not long ago a friend of mine was showing me his shotgun he had as a kid
and was hoping I might be able to fix it for him. It's an Eastfield Model 916 12 gauge pump. I believe Smith and Wesson had something to do with this gun. The whole trigger assembly was shot. (Broken actually) I tried to be nice and tell him his gun wasn't very good and it probably wouldn't be worth fixing. He just wanted to save it for sentimental reasons. I'm no smith but the metal really looked bad in this gun. Parts to fix this thing will run about $120 or more. Not a bad looking gun but the innards just don't seem very good. I know there are a lot of Saturday Night specials out there that are bad but for a shotgun this model seems pretty bad. I had a Springfield pump as a kid and it sure wouldn't shoot. If anyone out there that has a good shooting Eastfield 916 that's good news because now I'll try harder to get the parts.

If you don't mind me asking, what brand of revolver is that? I couldn't really tell from the picture.

Oh by the way I owned a Phoenix Arms .22 that was junk, it would jam more often than it would shoot, I sold it a long time ago.

All Remington 710 and 770 owners, feel free to chime in at any time. As for me, I can't say that I currently, or have ever owned junk, I try to research the product the best I can, before forking over the cash.

I get some junk here or there, but thats because I cant turn down a gun. Usually sell them shortly after that..

I could use some Carcano parts . . .

As far as my own POS gun, it's a beautiful M1903. The wood and metal finish are perfect. It looks like it went through rebuild, and then was put in someone's safe . . . until that someone decided to shoot corrosive ammo through it and then put it in a garage or basement. There is nothing in the barrel that could be called rifling. It tears patches apart. It breaks my heart every time I see it in the rack. It's like a beautiful woman with mustache . . .

Might make the gun better, not sure though.

I believe mine is an M38 short rifle as seen Here...Modern Firearms - Paraviccini - Carcano M91 rifle (Mannlicher - Carcano)
I never heard of an M1903 Carcano ????

I use to think my Remington SpeedMaster was a piece of crap because it jammed every 3rd. shot.
I was buying Remington bricks to shoot through it.
When I changed to Federal it shoots perfect now...I almost gave it to Moose for something to tinker with LOL...A.H

Mine shoots skeet and trap quite well, and I've gone through over 250 rounds with no problems. I guess I've got a good one. btw is the barrel on yours fixed or removable? because I heard the later models had removable barrels (mine's fixed)

Really ??!!! I had one of these since I was a kid (22 short, long, LR) and it has functioned perfectly all my life. Digested all kinds of ammo without a hiccup. Even went to the trouble to replace the front sight after I accidentally broke it off -- still works great.

Maybe it's a problem with the gun worth looking into ? For me, mine was worth keeping and maintaining for my son when he grows up.

Not doubting you or anything, I just found this surprising for me personally.

Who said I paid for it? My brother pawned it off on me free of charge in a deal we made. He didn't pay for it either, he got it from a friend who didn't want it.

I had a single shot shotgun that when you shot it it would pop open and eject the shell, down right dangerous.
