I got one about a year ago and just finally put it in at the beginning of winter. I got it used on AR15.com, $155 shipped with 1 30 round clip. The ejector on the clip looked grounded down (screwed with) and I thought it was going to suck but to my surprise it worked without malfunction for 550 rounds of Wal mart specials. I like mine. Its in a stainless mini 14 with a Falcon folding stock, I feel like the A Team shooting cheap 22s. I need a mohawk. But as Im always told by others why not just get a 10/22, I say BECAUSE.

Hey Dawg!!! Mine is just a stock outta tha box mini, an since this ammo increase I can't play w/ it like I want to. So I thought I'd do the next best thing....I bought it mainly for carrying in my truck because of wild hawgs...They're fast taking over the top spot from the coyote here in s/w Ark....and like you I'm sure, I'm .22 poor but still like shoooting the 14 cause its fun....I've heard pro's and con's on the ciener insert and wanted first hand knowledge. I had a ciener on my Rock Island 1911 frame and really wasn't impressed. I'm sure it had something to do w/ the Phillipino pistol which isn't really milled to Colt or Kimber standards for instance. Anyway, I've bent your ear enough, thanks much for your feedback and keep 'em in tha 10 ring....TMBJAK

If you get one be careful in its installation. Dont bend up the guide rod, its easy to do that accidentally and sometimes the chamber insert can at first be a pain in the ass. Past that, when its in it good fun
