Hi Guys.... I have a old Hungarian PA-63 (AP9). Its a get little gun. Its the regular two tone 280cal version... I have the thumb rest grips on it now but am looking for custom wood grips.. Can anyone tell me if PPK/s grips will work on it or where I can find them out on the net...

I havent had to much luck ..

I do not believe the grips from a ppk/s will fit as they are different widths

For custom grips, do a Google search for Abilene Grip Works.

I have a set of the walnut checkered ones from

Marschalgrips.com

Reasonably priced and took about 2 weeks.

I'd offer to build you some but have no idea exactly when I'll be starting back up. Dennis is a nice guy and does good work from what I hear.

Bryan,

Did you ever hear back from Dennis?

Toolman,

Pleae let me know when you start back up. I'm still interested in doing some grips for my Astra .25. I have an old set now I can send you as templates.

I had no problems ordering from their sites, but I did send an email asking a question about another type of grip that didn't get answered.

I don't know about "extended" mags. All the ones I have seen have a baseplate that is a little longer with a finger rest. My mags are blue and the baseplate is silver. When I ordered I didn't specify extended mags or anything like that.

I had a set made from marshalgrips. The quality is first rate. Only cost $35 shipped for a custom design. It took a little over a month before they arrived.

Direct from Budepest Hungary. I had full length grips made that were thinner than stock in black walnut.

All I can say is they are beautiful! Take a look!

Bryan,

I ordered a set of walnut grips from the website. The transaction was flawless and I was very pleased with the grips. I then emailed him several times about grips for other pistols and have never gotten a reply.
