| Member | dang! broke my PA-63 I ordered 2 PA-63s from J&G... got them, and while cleaning the cosmo of the first one, lost a tiny spring... I was on the patio cleaning it and it went flying into eternal limbo... At least i think it was a spring... it looks as though it was attached to the slide stop (little short thin black metal peice on side of gun) on the left side, when the slide is removed... anyway... it is gone... (now I'm scared to take apart the 2nd one!... or if I do, it will be in a box!) Where can I get replacement pieces? or is my best bet to just take it to the local gunsmith? |

| Senior Member | Just don't clean the 2nd one on the patio. Somewhere so if you lose something it's easier to maybe find. Besides, now you know what to watch for...

| Senior Member ![]() | Go on and take down the other pistol to see what is really missing. There is a site some where on the Internet that has diagrams of lots of firearms. May be some one else here knows the name where you can log on to it to see what the part is called. I was thinking you should get one of those push around magnet things roofers use to pick up nails. Good luck and i hope you find the part and let us know how you come out. WE CARE !...A.H |
