where to bugout to

How many of you have actually thought about where to bug out to. Remember it's not just what your taking but where your going. Make a plan keep it to yourself unless your part of a group. If so have a renevous point. Remember everyone in the group should have several usable skills otherwise the become a burden rather than an asset.

You know I tend to ramble on a bit once I get started

I'd try to stay put if at all possible. If you are in bugout mode, then you are a refugee.

But, yes, I have kin folk living in the E. TN Mountains that would be glad to see me coming home.

jimkim where I live and on the land I hunt on there is a tremendious drop off of the land.
In other words the terrain is semi level with some rolling hills, but one spot where I hunt just drops off about 30 ft. straight down and then the land is level.
I figure I could dig into this drop off and make a dwelling (Cave) and enlargen it as I went along...A.H
