Heres a copy of my Cover letter I sent with my FFL, at the Bottom I gave them my Mailing address and phone # as well as my e-mail address.
some will e-mail you back and tell you they recieved it but most will not and you will have to follow up like did with a phone call or e-mail. As for faxing most will not accept a 03 FFL in a fax, they will 01's but not ours
