Nope its legal, called and ask them, its bound by the rings in the binder anyways, nothing loose
they sorta seemed surprized i was even keeping a record LOL
Got to thinking ...before we started keeping out records eletronic even our books at the store were in binders and they always passed inspection everytime and this is with a 01 license
