I think my only concern would be rabies.After my 85+lb black Lab decided to duke it out with a rather large coyote, I took him in to my vet just for a quick check-up, and to ask about booster shots, etc. He stated my biggest concern was not about coyotes, but for all the feral cats that roam around our county. They 'er mean, and definately would do a job on poor bow-zer!

Yes would be much more fun. Or get a 300wsm or similar and shoot them before they get too close that the dog chases them

hahaha yeah i have a few avatars that the bastards pinched. Lucky I dont own a shotgun or they would be called skeet flying monkeys.
