That's a thought I didn't consider. Any idea what that might cost? I only say because if it will cost as much as getting the barrel, then may as well get the barrel. Then if it's reasonable, I'll have to find a gunsmith that will and can do it, and do it right. Factor shipping into that cost also. But none the less, another option.

Well the barrel I'd need, or rather the one I'm wanting, 4 port drop in for G35 on their site is $190. I have found it cheaper, for $122.73 though.
