i cant vote because it wont let me pick both! ive used 30-06 for the past 16 or so years and love it. BUT i recently bought a cz .308 and i love it as well. ive been using it for coyotes and varmints. the 30-06 and .308 are both awesome and will do the job for just about anything you want to hunt in the U.S.

308 is my personal peferance mainly because it is cheaper to run down here and not many feral animals argue with my howa 308
