| I believe the ammo company stepped up and claimed responsibility on these. The lot of ammo was bag and supposed to have been returned but it seems they kept some by mistake and this is what was in the mags during the kabooms. The police dept should have kept better records on issue of ammo and made sure all not fired was returned to the ammo company. If not mistaken it was Speer ammo.
