| I've only been here a few months but I feel more at home here than in real-world clubs where I've been a member for many years. There is absolutely no snobbery among the regulars, not even to the new members and the newbie shooters just starting out. Everyone shares their knowledge and feels free to offer their opinions. If you have a problem, people will try to help, even if it is only a kind word when you may need one badly.
I wouldn't know anyone here if I bumped into you on the street (not that that is very likely, most everyone here's too smart to be caught in the Peoples Democratic Republic of New York), but when I get on, I have the feeling I'm walking into an old-time general store, with comfy chairs by the potbellied stove and people just settin' and swappin' stories. It's a warm place to be. |
