If it were not for the lowly little comma's in the 2nd. ammendentment then we may could of had a problem.
Theres no dought because of the comma's different statement were made.
We do have a right to keep and bear arms, it's as plain as the nose on your face !!!

EDIT: Look up the deffinition of a comma and see what there used for and you'll never have a dought that the 2nd. ammendment means what it says.
