| Hello All! I am a long time reader and first time poster to this forum. I just obtained my first PA-63 and really like the look and feel of it. I got it from CDNN Sports and it appears to be new and unfired. I gave it a good cleaning to get the oil off and went out to see what it would do. I am fortunate to live in the country and am able to have a 100 yard range in the back yard. I put a paper plate on the backstop and fired about a half box of Wolf 95 gr FMJ. While I did not hit the plate every time, it was getting easier as I went. Recoil was sharper than expected. I ordered a set of recoil and hammer springs from Wolff. Will be glad to see what they will do. I got a nice skeleton holster and had an Uncle Mike's #5 shoulder holster. When I get this thing smoothed out, it will see use as a concealed carry weapon. MOCKBA I saw in an earlier post about a PPH. I have one that is missing the extractor and spring. It is a 380 also and I am going to try to put a set of PA-63 parts in and see if they fit. The guns look identical to me. If I am successful I will let you know. Thanks, Larry |

| Welcome to the forum. Do please put up the information on how you make out with the spring changes and the extractor transplant. I'm considering a PA-63 for my concealed carry weapon when my CCW comes through (NY being a "may issue" state, not a "shall issue" state), and I'd like to know how to fine-tune it. |
