LOL ... hate to say this... but when you get to the point of "hating" people, small towns work out best. Maybe it's the years of the military (noise, people) that have driven me to live in this small town, who knows.
When you get to know the farmers and landowners... you do not need to worry about ONLY having a 100' range, range fees, people shooting around you ... that you do not know, etc.
